I’m Hyunjoo Kim. A pianist, a teacher, and a developer, from Illinois. I’ve been playing piano for over 30 years, and teaching piano for about 18 year.  I’m pouring my heart and soul into developing my musical skills and constantly educate myself in various teaching methods. I am passionate about teaching, performing, and how the two intersect. I’ve been preparing myself to accept the challenges in this ever changing world and will try my very best effort to become a better person then yesterday. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I found time to be a wife and mom.
